These Moldavite Carvings are created from rough moldavite tektites that we source.
We use high quality, large clean pieces of Moldavite rough. This rough is extremely difficult to find. Minesites for Moldavite are found in the Czech Republic only. The rough stone is then carefully carved by a skilled artisan working together with our jewelry designer. Up to two thirds of the original raw moldavite is lost in the carving process to create these one-of-a-kind wearable works of art!
