Celestite from Madagascar is an unusually beautiful sky blue mineral, similar in color to Bingham Blue Fluorite. But the crystal structure of Celestite is closer to Barite and is often confused for this mineral. The hardness of Celestite is 3 - 3.5 on the Mohs Hardness scale. The celestite crystal specimens we are offering are very bright and gemmy.
