Who is TowerCrystals.com?
- We are a privately owned company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We deal in mineral specimens and jewelry from around the globe. Our items are available via the internet by mail order, we do not have a public showroom. The following information applies to all items we sell, either directly from our web site or on ebay with the user name crystalpowers.

What are the shipping rates?
- Shipping + Handling is free for most items over $25.00 shipped from New York or Holland to anywhere within the U.S.A! (For orders under $25.00, shipping + handling usually costs $7 within the U.S.A.) (Email us for shipping rates anywhere outside the U.S.A.)
- We ship items from the U.S.A. (New York) and from Amsterdam, Holland. Please check the item's location before you order.

What about parcels from Amsterdam?
- Most smaller parcels shipped from Amsterdam cost $5, but that is without tracking! To send with tracking costs $15.00. We use airmail priority Dutch Post and usually packages arrive in the United States or anywhere else within ten days. On all parcels from Holland it is possible to get extra insurance for a fee, so the parcel can be covered for the full amount. Email us for rates on insured parcels.
- Sometimes it takes awhile to get there. I have no control over these parcels once they leave here! Over the past five years I have sent more than 1000 parcels this way and only a few were lost although one or two others took over a month to arrive !
- We can ship with DHL or UPS or whoever you like, but the cost is not included. It is almost always much higher cost than Dutch Post or USPS and usually only justified for larger or more expensive parcels. For pricing information visit their websites: www.DHL.com or www.UPS.com. We have used these shippers successfully in the past from Amsterdam, Holland to USA and points beyond and we will be more than happy to arrange shipping for you with the company of your choice.
Can I pay with a paypal account?
- Paypal's PayPal's Seller Protection Policy says it's necessary that we retain online trackable proof to confirm delivery of shipments. This extra shipping charge will be added to the cost for all paypal transactions. Contact the US postal Service or Email us for rates on confirmed delivery or insured parcels. Most paypal accounts are confirmed by paypal. That means they have verified that you are who you say you are. If you have an unconfirmed paypal account we have no way of knowing for sure who we are dealing with. Therefore we do not ship to unconfirmed paypal accounts.
- European Union residents must add 19% value added tax (VAT) to the final price. The 19% VAT is required for all shipments to European Union residents unless you can provide your valid V.A.T. number. Please keep in mind that we must collect the Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) only if you are in the European Union.
How do I return an item if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
- Customers outside the U.S. please contact us for return information. Our policy is to accept items for return in the same condition and packaging within fourteen days, with a copy of the invoice receipt. No questions asked. Please contact us before returning any item.
Do you leave feedback for the buyer on your ebay auctions?
- YES.

Do you take 2nd chance offers on your ebay auctions if the high bidder doesn't pay or returns the item?
- If the high bidder backs out for any reason, we will simply relist the item.
