Natural Rose Quartz Crystals from Brazil

Deposits of beautiful rose quartz occur in Brazil and in the Austrian Alps, in the Ural mountains in Russia, in Madagascar and S.W. Africa. Although it is not a rare mineral, the occurrence of Rose Quartz in crystal form is seldom seen anywhere outside Brazil.

Our rose quartz specimens have dozens of very clear to rose colored Quartz crystals growing together in clusters. The color is due to trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese. In crystal form (rarely found) it is called pink quartz and its color is thought to be caused by trace amounts of phosphate or aluminium. Our crystals come from Minas Gerais, Brazil.
